Klorigen™ modularized generators safely and cost effectively produce chlorine gas, sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite at the point-of-use at output volumes ranging from 100 to 2,500 lbs. per day.

Klorigen™ systems eliminate the dangers associated with liquefied and pressurized chlorine gas and bulk sodium hypochlorite and the dependence on third party gas and hypo suppliers. Klorigen™ is ideal for most industries and municipalities currently using a form of chlorine for disinfection, sterilization or bleaching.

Product Specifications

  • Chlorine gas: 200 to 2,500 lbs (90 to 1,125 kg) per electrolyzer module
  • Sodium hydroxide (at 15% concentration): 150 to 1,925 gallons (565 to 7,250 liters) per module
  • Sodium hypochlorite at 12.5% trade concentration (produced from chlorine gas and sodium hydroxide): 200 to 2,500 gallons (750 to 9,500 liters) per electrolyzer module

  • Structural assemblies of chemical-resistant, non-conducting pultruded FRP
